Modify, Change Or Cancel Order

CHANGE, MODIFY, CANCEL OR RETURN AN ORDER!

If you need to change, modify or cancel an order, you need to click here or call 1-900-499-1930. For order returns you need to check your order status page for further instructions on how to return your items. The return instructions will not be available to you on either of our package tracking services until the package(s) are delivered.

PACKAGE MODIFICATIONS: Once our fulfillment center team begins preparing the order, you will not be able to change your order for any reason. You may be granted a one-time cancellation at no charge. Product Mart charges a cancellation charge of between 25-100 once the order begins getting packed up. We may waive this if a mistake was made in the ordering process. (NOTICE: Not all customers will be given this option, as some orders are more difficult to stop in terms of the logistics. Items being imported from overseas ARE NOT eligible for return.)

PACKAGE CANCELLATIONS: Order cancellations, just like package modifications, can not be done once our team begins preparing the orders. This is due to our logistics system. We will try to do our best to assist our customers in issuing a refund for items not wanted. We can't however, cancel orders during the preparation stage.
